PERMISSIONS FOR EXSILIUM
Feb. 9th, 2012 09:24 pmGamzee's got a psychic power called chucklevoodoos. It allows him to create a deep, pretty much crippling fear in others. If he wants to, he can subdue them enough to keep them so frightened they won't even bother to retaliate if he's attacking them - or will stop their attacks; or it can be used to simply keep others from talking to him.
He also has a TeXt qUiRk when he's high and on sopor; and one that kinda goes. SOMETHING LIKE THIS. when he's sober. If you'd rather I'd use plain text, just mention it here. I can also knock off his typing quirk for when he's high if you really want me to.
If you want me to refrain from tagging your character with any of these things or even just tagging your character in general, comment here! And also it would be good to say if you're OK with these things too.
